Waterproofing To Terrace / Chajja:(The treatment consists following)

If required dismantling the existing flooring of the terrace / Chajja to expose R.C.C. slab and removing dismantled materials as directed and carting away the same.

If required removing rust from the reinforcement bar from the Sides cleaning applying Rustcides and coating applying with the polymer as a bond coat. Providing the laying waterproofing agent on the surface mixing with cement + water + R.B.R.

The brickbat coba is covered with jointless water – Proof layer finished smooth with trowel in cement Colour marked into 300mm (1’-0”) false squares. The final surface to be hard and tough with I.P.S. finish.

Carrying out the same treatment along the inner Side of parapet and / or other adjoining wall upto a Height of about the finished floor level in the shape of Round watta.

Curing for 14 days. The average thickness of the waterproofing treatment To be 75mm (3 ½”) with minimum thickness at water outlet being 50mm (2”). Treatment includes all material and labour.

Box Type Waterproofing :

After removing the existing old cracked plaster or R.C.C. , grouting the area thoroughly with using more water and little of cement, cleaning the entire pit neatly. Coating the Polymer + Cement Grout spreading on the entire area, horizontal and vertical surface using cement mortar in 1:5 mix , fixing the Shahabad stone keeping 2 inches gap in between two stones to break the surface. Keeping the same for observation for 24 hours. Fixing the vertical stone every day one layer and grouting the each layer every day after 12 hours finishing vertical and horizontal surface in I.P.S. finish staking the water and cleaning, removing the water after curing etc. complete.

The treatment consists following :

Erecting the scaffolding and opening the cracks in a ‘V’ shape cutting with plaster cutting machine. Filling the cracks with Special Repair Putty. If required injecting the slurry by pressure pump. Finishing the area and coating a special bond coat to apply the paint. Cleaning the surface after painting two coats of cement paint in approved colour combination. Area to be calculated as per actual measurement.

Waterproofing Treatment By Opening The Cracks In ‘V’ Shape :

Removing loose cracked plaster, removing decayed, cracked portion of plaster upto R.C.C. or block work area.

Removing the dust from bricks or R.C.C. wall applying water and cleaning with water, applying one coat of polymer + cement applying as a bond coat.

Providing and applying mix of Polymer + Cement + Dry sand 1: 2: 3. Filling the same putty in Cracked R.C.C. Portion and Bricks and Columns joints.

After filling the cracks with putty in patch in cracks providing and fixing nipples inside the wall grooves and then giving injection to the structures to take out air and to stop the corrosion and leakage. Filling the grout into the cavities in the form of grout. Mix of grout is Polymer + Cement and water to fill the cracks cavities by using 4 to 5 Kg. Pressure by slurry Pump and the required Injections to be paid separately as per the rate of Injection Grouting. Applying the two coats of plastering and curing etc., complete.
