Structural Repair For Beams, Columns And Slab Etc.

  • Removing loose plaster, removing decayed, cracked Portion of Plaster and R.C.C. area with light hammering i.e. only cracked applying a coat of Polymer + Cement To the entire surface of R.C.C. with thick slurry.
  • Providing and applying mix of Polymer + Cement + Dry sand 1: 2: 3 for preparing of filling putty in cracked R.C.C. Portion and giving the new life to the R.C.C. Area whatever is taken out by breaking.
  • After filling the crack with putty in path and cracks providing and applying mix of Polymer + Cement + Polymer grains in past applying by land in slurry form.

Plastering Above Rcc Treatment (OR Structural Repair )

After RCC repair cleaning the surface treating The edges with One coat of Polymer + Cement. Providing and applying sand faced cement plaster Using approved Screened river sand first coat in 1:4 and second coat in 1: 5 cement mortar with even textured finish including all curing etc., Complete.

Structural Repair For Jacketing The Column Of Beams :

Structural strengthening by required “I” section beams By proper gage with the decision of the committee and The proper inspection for required “I” section where it Is required after breaking the existing column, welding The R C.C. structure with existing old reinforcement Jacketing the “I” beams with the proper support etc., Filling the “I” section by M200 mix.
NOTE: Required R.C.C. “I” section material to be supplied free of coat.

Polymer Repair For Water Tank Of Flooring And Walls Etc.

  • Removing loose plaster, removing decayed, cracked Portion of plaster upto R.C.C. or brick work area.
  • Removing the dust from R.C.C. wall Applying water and cleaning with water, applying One coat of polymer + cement applying as a Bond coat.
  • Providing and applying mix of Polymer + Cement + Dry sand 1 : 2 : 3 . Filling the same putty in cracked R.C.C. porion brick column joints.
  • After filling the cracks with putty in patch or cracks Providing and applying mix of Polymer + Cement + Polymer grains in past brushing first coat in vertical And applying second coat in horizontal.

Repairing For External Walls Only The Surface Cracks And The Leakage

Erecting the scaffolding for the required height without damaging the external walls opening the surface cracks by cutting machine. Treating the cracks with water cleaning and waiting the surface applying and filling the cracks with polymer putty and applying one coat of polymer + polymer grains + same colour pigment coating to the entire required surface removing the scaffolding and curing for two days.

Bathroom doorframe leakages :

Inspecting the toilets bathroom etc. complete and Giving proper idea for required treatment for w.c. And bathroom area. Per building RS. 1000/- (Only Inspection Charges)

After Inspection if required door frame bottom has To be change because of the leakage. (One door cost RS. 500/-) cutting the doorframe bottom around 4 Inch. Ht. And grouting the same pocket with grouting with Cement polymer + sand finishing the door frame a Required as existing.
