Providing RCC putty 4” thick on top of parapet wall Level in proportion of 1: 2 : 4 to proper shape including Placing of Reinforcement framework, ramming , Watering etc. complete.

Sand faced cement plaster in one coat in proportionate Of 1 : 3 on both sides including smooth finish, watering, Curing etc. complete.

Replacing Rcc Ventilator :

Providing and fixing RCC ventilator of rectangular Shape of approved quality and design in the brick work.

Replacing Doors At Staircase Room :

Labour charges for removing existing door from at Entrance of terrace and providing and fixing a new door Including finishing of side wall, plaster etc. complete.

Parapet Wall Repair Job -Breaking :

Breaking Plaster of existing old Parapet wall for the Required height with lower down the debris and shifting to the required place.

Round Watta For Parapet Top- The treatment consists following :

• After dismantling the existing parapet top and removing dismantled material as directed and carting away the same.
• Providing the laying waterproofing agent on the Surface mixing with cement.
• The brick bat coba is covered with jointless water- Proof layer finished smooth with trowel
• Carrying out the same treatment along the inner Side of parapet and / or other adjoining wall upto wata And outer side of wall upto beam & slab jection level.

The average thickness of the waterproofing treatment For parapet top 2” half round and carryout the same plaster from wata level to external beam level with ‘V’ cracks opening Roundwata Con’t

• Removing loose cracked plaster, removing decayed, cracked portion of plaster upto R.C.C. or block work area.
• Removing the dust from bricks or R.C.C. wall applying water and cleaning with water, applying one coat of polymer + cement applying as a bond coat.
• Providing and applying mix of Polymer + Cement + Dry sand 1: 2: 3. Filling the same putty in Cracked R.C.C. Portion and Bricks and Columns joints.
• After filling the cracks with putty in patch in cracks providing and fixing nipples inside the wall groves and then giving injection to the structures to take out air and to stop the corrosion and leakage. Filling the grout into the cavities in the form of grout. Mix of grout is Polymer + Cement and water to fill the cracks cavities by using 4 to 5 Kg. Pressure by slurry pump and the
  required injection to be paid separately as per rate grouting item per pressure grout hole
  The same finishing the patch in two coats of plastering with watering the surface, edges should be treated with one coat of polymer + Cement using approved screened rive sand first coat in 1 : 4 25 mm and second coat in
  1 :5 cement mortar with even textured finish including all curing etc., complete.
