Internal Staircase, Pasages With Semi Acrylic Paint

1. Erection of scaffolding to entire required area.
2. Simultaneously internal survey to be carried out to Detect leakages and seepages and related areas to Be marked for further treatment.
3. Anti fungal treatment to be done before painting internal walls.
4. Interior washing to be carried out with the help of hydro jet water blasting machine.
5. Cracks to be opened with grinder machine in ‘V’ groove.
6. Cracks to be filled with polymer (Sunanda EP or Roof supercreat) cement mix in 1:1 Ratio.
7. Carrying out surface protection treatment wherever necessary to address seepage and leakages problem.
8. Applying base coat of cement paint.
9. Curing the surface with water for 4 days.
10. Applying 1st coat of Semi Acrylic Paint.
11. Applying 2nd coat of Semi Acrylic Paint.
12. Cleaning the glass window.
13. Dismantling of scaffolding.
14. Every gala owner’s satisfactory signature to be taken after completion of work.

Painting to Society Common Grills, Doors of Toilets, Rolling Shutter of all Galas & Main Gate etc.

1. Scrapping with emry cloth paper
2. Cleaning the surface with cloth.
3. Applying one coat of Zinc chromate yellow primer.
4. Applying 1st coat of SY. Enamel Paint.
5. Applying 2nd coat of SY. Enamel Paint.
6. Cleaning the surface area.
