WATERPROOFING TO WATER TANK

WATERPROOFING TO OVERHEAD WATER TANK

The treatment consists following :

If required Breaking existing old cracked plaster up to R.C.C. work cleaning the surface with water, watering and removing loose plaster, removing decayed, cracked R.C.C. portion upto R.C.C. bars.

Removing rust from the reinforcement bar from the sides cleaning applying Rustcides and coating. Providing the layer waterproofing agent on the entire surface mixing with cement + polymer.Providing and applying mix of polymer + cement + Dry sand. Filling the same putty in cracked R.C.C. Portion to fill the potholes. After filling the cracks with putty in patch or cracks providing and applying mix of polymer +cement + polymer grains in past brushing first coat in vertical and applying second coat in horizontal. Applying single coat plaster in 1:4 mix and finishing in I.P.S. finishing, treatment will be done for flooring and Adjoining will upto top hight. Per water tank area approximate 1000 Sqft.

WATERPROOFING TO INTERNAL WATER TANK :

The treatment consists following :

after dismantling the existing flooring and walls of the water tank to expose R.C.C. slab and removing dismantled materials as directed and carting away the same.

Removing loose plaster, removing decayed, Cracked Portion of plaster upto R.C.C. or brick work area.

Removing the dust from R.C.C. wall Applying water and cleaning with water, applying One coat of polymer + cement applying as a Bound coat.

Providing and applying mix of Polymer + Cement + Dry sand 1 : 2 : 3 . Filling the same putty in cracked R.C.C. porion brick column joints.


After filling the cracks with putty in patch or cracks Providing and applying mix of Polymer + Cement + Polymer grains in past brushing first coat in vertical And applying second coat in horizontal.

POLYMER BASE WATERPROOFING FOR SLOPE TERRACE :

 

The treatment consists following :

Removing the loose plaster or R.C.C. on new R.C.C. slab. Cleaning the entire terrace neatly with water and after with little Polymer + Cement. Applying the polymer thick slurry in the form of grout spreading on entire terrace.Applying cement mortar in 1:5 mix finishing the entire terrace with line and providing the final surface level with the help of existing provided slope.

Brushing the polymer grains in the form of grout , 1st coat in vertical fashion and 2nd coat in horizontal fashion. Treatment consists of 5 years guarantee. Average thickness of the treatment is 2 to 3 inches.


Waterproofing For Liftwall, Liftroom Top, Watertank Top, Inside The Watertank, Staircase Roof (Slopping Roof), And Elevation Archies.

 

Breaking :
Breaking of old cracked as required treatment for the Required height where ever required with lower down The debris and shifting to the required place

Waterproofing By Brushing

Only opening the cracks by cutting machine and Filling the cracks with polymer + cement + dry sand, after filling the joints brushing the hyscal + cement brushing 1st coat in vertical fashion and 2nd coat in horizontal fashion. Coating the coat at least 2 ft. Wide in two coats. Using same existing Colour pigment.

Treatment for Wash basin area :

Cuduppa: Taking out the old cuduppa, wash basin counter carefully without damaging the cuduppa. If it breaks the new stone has to be provided by the Client as per the actual bill. Taking out the whole areas plaster. Waterproofing the area. Treating with the one coat of Polymer Grout with entire required wall providing the grove for the cuduppa counter. Fixing the old existing cuduppa or provided the new one. Fixing the wash basin etc. as per the requirement at site.

Treatment for Washing Area :


Cuduppa: Taking out the old cuduppa, washing area counter carefully without damaging the cuduppa. If it breaks the new stone has to be provided by the Client as per the actual bill. Taking out the whole areas plaster. Waterproofing the area. Treating with the one coat of Polymer Grout with entire required wall providing the grove for the cuduppa counter. Fixing the old existing cuduppa or provided the new one. Fixing all fitting etc. as per the requirement at site
