WATERPROOFING TREATMENT :

The treatment consists following :

After dismantling the existing flooring where ever Required and removing dismantled material as directed and carting away the same.

Removing rust from the reinforcement bar from the Sides cleaning applying Rustcides and coating Applying with the polymer as a bond coat.Providing the laying waterproofing agent on the Surface mixing with cement as grouting & brushing as required.


The brick bat coba is covered with jointless water- Proof layer finished smooth with trowel in cement Colour marked into 300mm (1’-0”) false squares. The final surface to be hard and tough.Side of parapet and / or other adjoining wall upto a height of about the finished floor level in the shape of round watta.

Curing for 14 days. The average thickness of the waterproofing treatment To be 100mm (4 ½”) with minimum thickness

Fixing Tiles On Above Waterproofing :

After finishing the IPS coba, fixing tiles on above IPS Treatment. Tiles will be provided by the client free of Cost. We charge only for fixing the tiles with cement And sand. (Tiles cost is not included.)

Breaking , Dismantling and Removing existing Architectural Arches and matching for existing Flooring China Moccasin chips with waterproofing etc. complete.

Breaking :

Breaking of old wall for the required height where Ever required with lower down the debris and shifting to the required place. Thickness no existing 4’’ thick.

Waterproofing for flooring :

Consiled plumbing for required bathroom with out any Waterproofing for flooring includes wall area upto 3 ft Height. Material, material has to be supplied by the client as per The requirement. Only cutting out the plaster fixing all Asseserise by fitting senetary fittings etc. complete, only Labour cost.
Providing and fixing counter for wash basin in the required Size and shap etc. complete.without any sanetary fittings Providing required granite stone, cement, sand, material Etc. complete.

Provindg the plan fall sealing for W.C. fixing aluminium ‘T’ shap bracket placing white acrylic sheet in the squre With fixing, material, labour etc. complete. Fixing door with the help of marble or granite giving Required decorative molding etc. complete.giving the
Wooden pannel with the requried giz zaz glass etc.Complete. Including glass, marble or granite , wood, glass Etc., complete.

Fixng the tiles for the required wall and flooring fixing the tiles with all material with line and level finishing the joints with required color pegment rate incluedes required tiles, sand cement, labour etc. complete. Fixng area, including flooring and wall.

Note: Cost of the tiles is calculated @ 35.00 Rs. Per Sqft. If there is any cost verification of tiles, that will be borne by client.


Increasing the size of window by fixing granite or marble, Giving the required molding, fixing aluminium shutters, Windows etc. complete.



WATERPROFFING TO TERRACE / CHAJJA :

The treatment consists following :

If required dismantling the existing flooring of the terrace / Chajja to expose R.C.C. slab and removing dismantled materials as directed and carting away the same.
If required removing rust from the reinforcement bar from the Sides cleaning applying Rustcides and coating applying with the polymer as a bond coat. Providing the laying waterproofing agent on the surface mixing with cement + water + R.B.R.
The brickbat coba is covered with jointless water - Proof layer finished smooth with trowel in cement Colour marked into 300mm (1’-0”) false squares. The final surface to be hard and tough with I.P.S. finish.

Carrying out the same treatment along the inner Side of parapet and / or other adjoining wall upto a Height of about the finished floor level in the shape of
Round watta.

Curing for 14 days. The average thickness of the waterproofing treatment To be 75mm (3 ½”) with minimum thickness at water outlet being 50mm (2”). Treatment includes all material and labour.

Box Type Waterproofing :

After removing the existing old cracked plaster or R.C.C. , grouting the area thoroughly with using more water and little of cement, cleaning the entire pit neatly. Coating the Polymer + Cement Grout spreading on the entire area, horizontal and vertical surface using cement mortar in 1:5 mix , fixing the Shahabad stone keeping 2 inches gap in between two stones to break the surface. Keeping the same for observation for 24 hours. Fixing the vertical stone every day one layer and grouting the each layer every day after 12 hours finishing vertical and horizontal surface in I.P.S. finish staking the water and cleaning, removing the water after curing etc. complete.

The treatment consists following :

Erecting the scaffolding and opening the cracks in a ‘V’ shape cutting with plaster cutting machine. Filling the cracks with Special Repair Putty. If required injecting the slurry by pressure pump. Finishing the area and coating a special bond coat to apply the paint. Cleaning the surface after painting two coats of cement paint in approved colour combination. Area to be calculated as per actual measurement.

Waterproofing Treatment By Opening The Cracks In ‘V’ Shape :

Removing loose cracked plaster, removing decayed, cracked portion of plaster upto R.C.C. or block work area.

Removing the dust from bricks or R.C.C. wall applying water and cleaning with water, applying one coat of polymer + cement applying as a bond coat.

Providing and applying mix of Polymer + Cement + Dry sand 1: 2: 3. Filling the same putty in Cracked R.C.C. Portion and Bricks and Columns joints.

After filling the cracks with putty in patch in cracks providing and fixing nipples inside the wall grooves and then giving injection to the structures to take out air and to stop the corrosion and leakage. Filling the grout into the cavities in the form of grout. Mix of grout is Polymer + Cement and water to fill the cracks cavities by using 4 to 5 Kg. Pressure by slurry Pump and the required Injections to be paid separately as per the rate of Injection Grouting. Applying the two coats of plastering and curing etc., complete.
